BuildStore is the UK's leading supplier to the Self Build, conversion and renovation market and have since branched out into providers of land finding services for property developers and builders.

They established originally as the Self-Build Advisory Service in 1998 and changed their name to BuildStore in 2000. Since then they have grown from 3 staff to over 100 staff, established 2 offices (in Livingston and Swindon) and have helped literally thousands build their dreams!

When the company started they offered a land finding service and brokered mortgages. From brokering mortgages they found that self-builders weren't offered a wide variety of mortgages, and lenders that did offer mortgages didn't fully understand the needs of a self-builder. Once they realized this, they developed Accelerator, their award winning mortgage. Since then they have never looked back. They now over 100 people, work with a huge range of industry partners and continue to develop and design services that they know our customers want.

BuildStore have been recognised locally and nationally with a number of prestigious awards. They are proud of their achievements so far but rather than feeling satisfied, they are determined to achieve more!
