Sales Plans: Get a plan in place for the next 1-3 years

To keep the business moving, builders and contractors need to think about sales. Where are you going to get new work from? What should you spend on selling and marketing? If you advertise, where and when should you do it? Who is your ideal customer and how do you find them?

This module gives you hints and tips on how to get going and how to make a sales plan that works for your business. You wouldn’t build without a plan so why run a business without one?

General Sales Training: Sales for non- sales people

This is based upon asking the potential customer good questions, listening, knowing when and how to ask for the business. This module would give you an awareness of the sales process and will be a guide when talking to buyers or customers. It will build confidence in selling, making a proposal and help you win more business.

Negotiation:

This will give you more knowledge negotiation as a process and how to get the most from your meetings with customers and suppliers. You will be doing some of this already but if you improve you will win more business in a tough marketplace.
